I like this pitch.

When I heard it was one of the best pitches ever, I thought it was going to be this pitch though.
I'm wondering if that first pitch could be done on a semi-regular basis like other pitches. Does a batter have enough time to tell if he's actually seeing a ball or should still pay attention to the pitch/follow through? Obviously if you aren't expecting you will get confused like that batter did, but I wonder if you know the pitcher can do that if it would be pretty easy to hit.
And is that in the Rogers Centre (SkyDome) in Toronto?
